Every effort is made to be certain our web site is accurate. However, it is our right to correct any errors that may arise and are not held responsible for pricing or typographical errors. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. All product are for adult use only. By placing an order you agree to all terms and policies, and warrant that you are a legal adult and are complying with all local, state and federal laws. All parts should be installed by a professional gunsmith.
Unfortunately, state & local laws may restrict items from being shipped to where you live. Restrictions may change at any time. This list is updated to the best of our knowledge and understanding. Customer is ultimately responsible for shipping restrictions and their local laws. Please check all local and state laws concerning legal ownership of firearm magazines before ordering.
AR-7 Customized Accessories, LLC can not ship, with a billing and/or shipping address, the following:
Payment Method
We accept payment by credit card for online orders. Credit cards accepted are Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We do not accept internationally issued credit cards and do not have the ability to process an order using multiple credit cards. We are unable to process payments using reloadable prepaid cards. Method of payment is authorized only upon placing an order and is charged upon processing and shipping. Orders can also be submitted via mail to the address at the bottom of page, using Money Orders and Cashier's Check. All orders paid by check or money order will not ship until cleared. Connecticut residents please add 6.35% state sales tax.
Upon checkout, an email with order number will be sent -- method of payment is NOT charged at this point-- you will be charged when order proceeds to processing. Upon shipping, an email with your shipping information will be sent. We are unable to add and modify orders once they are placed. Please note that we do not sell our customer emails and we value our customers privacy. We try our best to ship quickly, but please allow 2 weeks for shipping. We are NOT responsible for lost and stolen packages. Any packages returned will be charged a restocking fee 15% and shipping charges are not refundable.
Emails will come from no-reply@stamps.com and sales@ar-7.com. Please add these emails to your "safe sender lists". A Safe Sender List is a feature used by email services to make sure emails from particular senders are not mistaken for spam or junk and your service provider can assist you.
Shipping
We only ship to the continental United States and Hawaii, no APO/FPO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please check all state and local laws before ordering.
Shipment method is best way - we usually ship USPS and UPS -- we do our best to provide the fastest shipping. All orders must provide a valid street address for shipping both carriers. Should a package arrive damaged, kindly contact the appropriate carrier to notify them of the damage and initiate a claim. Our responsibility ceases when delivery is made to the carrier in good order. Email confirmation is automatically sent when you item ships. Check you inbox and junk/spam folders for shipping information as it will come from no-reply@stamps.com. Shipping times may exceed carrier estimates. Please track packages with confirmation emails and sign up for carrier status updates. We are NOT responsible for lost and stolen packages. Contact your local carrier's office to ensure proper delivery and go to the carrier's website for support for missing, delayed, lost or damaged packages.

Heavy Items, multiple boxes and Large Orders may be sent signature required and may be subject to additional shipping charges. The customer will be contacted for payment prior to shipment of any order requiring incurring additional shipping costs.
Order Acceptance
All billing information provided must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information may result in order cancellation. Prior to accepting an order we may also request additional information from you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge. Shipping charges will not be refunded for orders that are cancelled after it’s been processed.
Taxes
Connecticut residents’ orders will be taxed at 6.35%. Residents of states other than Connecticut take full responsibility for any possible sales or use taxes incurred.
Prices
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME, especially as some items have limited availability.
Returns/Cancellation
No returned goods will be accepted without prior email authorization - contact: sales@ar-7.com. AR-7 Customized Accessories, LLC will only accept products in an unaltered condition and returns must be authorized within 3 days of receipt/inspection. Return shipment must have an issued RA# on outside container, return shipping is not refundable. Upon receipt of Return Authorization number for the specified items only, all returns must be received within 3 weeks of the issue date. Returns must be in NEW, unused CONDITION ONLY, and has not been altered, abused, or damaged - have a prior RA# with return freight paid by customer. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please package items with care, we will not refund if merchandise received damaged or as referenced above. Pease provide invoice copy inside of package and clearly label outside with RA# as packages will not be accepted without it. Return shipping charges can be incurred - method of payment will be processed accordingly. A 15% restocking/processing fee is charged upon all returns and the cancellation of an order that already has been fully processed; shipping charges are not refundable. Please note that color and wood grains may differ from those pictured and natural cosmetic imperfections such as minor knots, burls, heartwood, mineral lines or minor cosmetic fill work are not considered a defect and will be subject to the 15% restocking fee. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to appear in your credit card statements or up to 10 business days to appear in your bank account. Items marked Closeout, Blem, Clearance, Seconds or Non-Refundable are purchased as is and cannot be returned as their sale is final. We do not accept packages that are shipped COD or freight collect and we do not provide an exchange option. Simply place a new order for the desired merchandise. Packages refused by customers or returned to sender, will be refunded for merchandise total only minus restock fee, shipping and handling charges for both the delivery and return shipping are non-refundable.
